During a snow storm on Tuesday evening Engine 510 was first in on an aircraft emergency at University Park Airport. Units were dispatched for a passenger aircraft with 16 people on board reporting smoke in the cabin. The aircraft landed and evacuated without incident. Airport firefighters investigated and disconnected the planes power supplies. Dispatched on the level 4 aircraft emergency to assist UPA Fire Units were the Alpha, Bellefonte, Milesburg and Pleasant Gap Fire Units; Penn State Haz Mat; Centre Lifelink, University and Mount Nittany EMS Units; Penn State Police and Centre County EMA.
