TRANSFER TO STATION 1

This afternoon Engine 510 transferred to Bellefonte Station 1 to stand-by.  The transfer was a result of a large wildfire that was burning in Milesburg.  The last known size of the fire was approximately 10 acres, and growing, with  units from both Center County, Clinton County, and the forestry bureau battling the blaze.  The Engine was there for most of the afternoon and was released at approximately 17:30 hrs.

MVA WITH ENTRAPMENT

ALPHA RESCUE ASSISTS PENN STATE EMT CLASS

This morning members of the Alpha fire company along with University Health EMS (Company 20) introduced Penn State EMT students to patient care and vehicle accident scene operations.
