At approximately 04:32, the Alpha Fie Company and University E.M.S (Co. 20) were dispatched for a structure fire in Stone Hall on the University Park Campus of Penn State University. Stone Hall is a 5 story dorm building in the East Halls Dorm Commons on campus. Penn State PD was on scene reporting smoke and a large volume of water coming from the bathroom on the second floor of the building.

At approximately 13:36, the Alpha Fire Company was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with entrapment on North Atherton Street (U.S. 322) at Stevenson Rd in Patton Township. Crews at the main station for a class responded rescue 518 and engine 510 within minutes. Engine (squad) 514 responded shortly after.
536 with 2 fire police arrived on scene first and reported one vehicle on its side, off the road, one patient confined and one walking. 514, lead by firefighter Kauffman arrived on scene and established command shortly after the fire police report.

At approximately 03:00 this morning, the Alpha Fire Company was
dispatched to a dumpster fire behind 320 East Beaver Avenue in State
College. Dispatch reported that building maintenance was trying to
extinguish with a garden hose but had flames as high as the first floor
balcony.
Chief K. Yocum was first on scene and established Cederbrook Command.
Engine 510, responding from the main station about 7 blocks away,
arrived on scene next and completed extinguishment
Crews were on scene for about 15 minutes

At approximately 11:30 AM the Alpha's were alerted to Box 543 in Patton Township at 2929 Buffalo Run Rd. for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Chief Clouser (500) went responding immediately and was advised by communications of one vehicle on its roof with a female patient entrapped.
A member from Company 17 (Pine Glen) was in the area and arrived on scene first and advised responding units of one vehicle on its roof with no entrapment and no injury complaints. Chief Clouser arrived next and kept all units responding at a reduced rate.
Units remained on scene for traffic control during cleanup, the box was placed available at 12:27 PM.

At about 2:10 PM the Alpha Fire Company was dispatched for a reported residential trailer fire on the farm at 1403 Benner Pike in College Township. Company 8 (Pleasant Gap) was also dispatched on mutual aid. Company 8’s Fire Police captain (870) was first on scene and reported a well involved trailer fire.
