| At 09:13 hrs. Company 5 was dispatched to the 3500 Blk. of Rt. 322 for a vehicle fire. As Captain Kuchmay (595) was responding he was advised by the 911 Center that they were receiving multiple calls reporting the vehicle to be fully involved. |

At 00:30 hrs. the company was alerted to the 3000 Blk. of Route 322 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Reports stated one vehicle off the road with 2 injuries.

| At 23:14 hrs. the Alpha's were dispatched to 279 Northland Center at
the China Wok restaurant in Ferguson Township for a reported building
fire. As Assistant Chief Triebold (501) was responding communications
advised him of multiple calls reporting fire through the roof. At this
time a second alarm was struck. |

| At 13:17 hrs. the Alpha Fire Co. was dispatched to 325 S. Garner St. for a specialized rescue. EMS was on scene already and requested the fire department because they were unable to get the patients finger out of the hole it was stuck in. |
