The first week of 2006 proved to be a busy one for the Alpha Fire Company.  The company ran 22 calls with 1 job, 1 pin, and 1 vehicle fire in our first due.  We ran several mutual aid calls including 2 pins, one assisting Port Matilda and one with Boalsburg, we also assisted Bellefonte with a chimney fire.  The rest of the calls were either minor incidents or automatic alarms.
