| AT 03:15 hrs. the Alpha Fire Co. was alerted to the intersection of Fox Hill Rd. and Fox Hollow Rd. in Patton Township for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment. Reports from police, who heard the accident occur, were one patient unresponsive and trapped in the vehicle. |

| Engine 510, who was already on the road due to another call, arrived on scene first and began stabilization and extrication work. Engine 514 and Rescue 518 arrived shortly afterward and assisted with extrication. Due to the location of the car extrication was challeging. The Geisinger LifeFlight crew was brought to the scene from the airport to assist with patient care. The patient was then tranported to the airport and flown via LifeFlight to the nearest trauma center. |
