| At 13:41 hrs. the company was alerted to the 5500 Blk. of W. Buffalo Run Rd. in Patton Township for a vehicle accident with rollover and possible entrapment. |
 |
| Police arrived on scene and reported no entrapment and 1 patient out of the vehicle. Assistant Safety Officer arrived on scene and reported the vehicle to be rolled over in a ditch. Engine 514 arrived on scene and performed hazard control. Rescue 518 was placed available prior to their arrival. |
