The Alphas were dispatched to the intersection of Waddle Rd. &
Toftress Ave. at 19:53 hours for an accident with 2 vehicles on the
roadway

Police arrived and advised of entrapment and 536 arrived moments later
confirming entrapment. 1 Male patient was trapped on the drivers side
and crews from R518 performed extrication, E514 provided protection and
fire police shut down both roadways.
540 (Klein) had command and 502
(Brown) ran the extrication operations.
Units operating on scene were
502, 540, E514, R518 and fire police.
