| At about 15:30 hours the Alpha Fire Company was paged for Box 553, a
motor vehicle accident with entrapment, at the top of Pine Grove
Mountain in Ferguson Township southeast of State College.

| While units were en route, communications advised that police were
reporting no entrapment. Upon arrival Chief Clouser (500) assumed
command and instructed Rescue 518 to pull past the scene and provide
protection from traffic. The crew from Engine 514 was assigned fluid
control. Crews remained on scene for approximately 1 hour. |
