While units were responding Penn State Police Officer Bittner (4138), advised all units of a working fire.  The building's sprinkler system had held the fire in check and a PSU employee attempted to put the fire out using a dry chemical extinguisher. The cause was determined to be accidental.  Engine 512 performed overhaul operations while crews from Engine 514 and Truck 516 crews performed ventilation. 36857
