Work crews should be off the roadway around 5:00 PM on Friday, October 27th.
No work will be conducted over the weekend.

Work will resume Monday, October 30th on Science Park Rd and Gatesburg Rd.

Science Park Road final wearing course should be completed Friday, October
27th.

Gatesburg Road is expected to be paved on Monday, October 30th, weather
permitting.

Driveway tie-ins and Sandy Drive intersection tie-ins are expected Monday and
Tuesday, weather permitting.

Pavement markings are expected to be placed Tuesday, October 31st.

The bike path paving is expected to be completed the week of October 30th.

Crews will continue placing new sidewalk and topsoil at various locations.

The traffic signal at the intersection of Old Gatesburg Road and Science Park
Road is not expected to be installed and operational until the end of November.

Science Park road is currently open to traffic in both directions. Motorists that do
not reside on Science Park Road or are not doing business on Science Park
Road are encouraged to use the posted detour route.

MOTORISTS ARE REMINDED TO TURN ON THEIR HEADLIGHTS IN THE
WORK ZONE.

The Township and its contractor are working diligently to construct a quality
public improvement project within budget and on schedule. Your patience is
requested since this public improvement project cannot be completed without
inconvenience and delays to traffic. The Township and its contractor are
sensitive to the needs of local business and are doing our best to get this job
completed. While the Township and its contractor are taking steps to minimize
impacts during construction, we appreciate you considering what measures you
can implement to accommodate the project for this construction season.
