This afternoon a group of Alpha's headed over to the State College Area High School North building with Rescue 518 and Engine 510 to participate in the annual Student Against Drunk Driving drill. sadd7

Also present at the drill was Centre LifeLink EMS, State College Police, and Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers.

The drill is meant to deter student from drinking and driving and is held around Prom time every year.

Todays scenario included 4 patients with 3 trapped in the vehicle and 1 ejected from the vehicle.  The 3 trapped were considered to be in critical condition while the ejected patient was determined to be deceased.

No actual injuries occured during the drill and it proved to be an eye opener for some students.

Thanks to all who participated.  Everyone did a great job.
