| At 13:17 hrs. the Alpha Fire Co. was dispatched to 325 S. Garner St. for a specialized rescue. EMS was on scene already and requested the fire department because they were unable to get the patients finger out of the hole it was stuck in. |

| The crew from Rescue 518 used hand tools to cut around the patients finger to remove part of the truck bed. Once the metal was removed from the truck EMS was able to get a better look at the finger, however they were unable to remove the finger on the scene. The patient went to the hospital via personal vehicle to get the finger removed. Units went availble at 14:06 hrs. |
