| At 1:14 PM the Alpha Fire Company was dispatched for a building fire in Box 512 at 1521 Martin Street, Ferguson Township, Northland Bowl. Callers reported heavy smoke coming from the rear of the lanes. Fire Police unit 536 and Chief 504 were first to go responding. |

| Fire Police officer 571 was first on seen and reported light smoke for the rear of the structure and requested the first arriving engine to access the rear, side ‘C'. Engine 510 arrived shortly after and accessed the rear door and found a dryer fire. Chief 504 arrived on scene as engine 510's crew reported a dryer fire that was now out but smoke through the building.
Chief 504 held the response to "the units on the road" and reduced their speed (Engine 514, truck 516 and fire police unit 536).
514 arrived and chief 504 had their crew assist 510's crew with removing burned materials and started to set up ventilation. When 516 arrived on scene, all four PPV fans were set up to ventilate the building from the rear.
Crews operated on scene for about 40 minutes.
