On Sunday June 10, 2007, the Alpha Fire Company held its annual live burn class at the Pa. State Fire Academy in Lewistown. Chief S. Clouser (500) used this opportunity to test the department’s new electronic accountability system from fireTRAX.
Crews left the main station at 6:20 AM with Engines 510, 511; Tower 517; Rescue 518 Utility 522 and Command 534.
When the crews returned to station they were treated to dinner prepared by Mrs. Prestia, wife of Carmine and mother of Chris and Andrew.
Thanks to our stand-by crews for covering the Centre Region while we participated in this training opportunity.
