For the first time in over 40 years, the Alpha Fire Company's entire fleet was gathered for a photo event inside the Bryce Jordan Center Arena on the Penn State University Park Campus. On hand for the occasion were Alpha Associate Member Rick James and past Alpha Chief Marv Robinson (1980-1988). Rick collects historic fire apparatus and in his collection are Former Alpha Tower 517, Engine 511 (Telesquirt), and Engine 512, which he brought in for the occasion. In all, there were 17 pieces of fire apparatus arranged for the photos.

Over the course of 4 hours, members worked hard and the apparatus was set up in a series of 4 poses. During that time, the Boalsburg Fire Company (Centre County Station 3) stood by in their quarters to cover any calls in the Alpha Coverage Area, and the Undine Fire Company (Bellefonte Fire Dept., Centre County Station 2) transferred Ladder 217 to Station 5 as well. The Alphas would like to thank the members of these companies and the staff of the Bryce Jordan Center for making this historic event possible.
