College Township Smoke in a Structure |

Shortly after 1:00 AM the Alpha's were dispatched to 1221 E. College Ave. for a building fire at the Hilton Garden Inn. Responding units arrived on scene to find a heavy smoke condition on the first floor. Upon further investigation it was determined that a burned up motor in a heating unit had caused smoke condition. Once the smoke was ventilated from the building occupants were allowed to return to their rooms.
Units cleared the scene at approximately 2:15AM.
