Small Fire Causes Evacuation of Local Restaurant PDF Print E-mail

At approximately 7 PM the fire company was dispatched to the Texas Roadhouse on Waddle Road in Patton Township for a building fire.  First arriving crews found active fire on the outside of the building and began evacuating the structure.

The fire was located in the area of an exterior lighting fixture.  A handline was deployed from Engine 514 and the fire was extinguished.

The restaurant remained closed for the rest of the evening and the cause of the fire in under investigation.
