Shortly after 06:00 hours on Tuesday, April 14 Ferguson PD and Centre Lifelink EMS were dispatched to an injury accident in the 2200 block of W Whitehall Road. Ferguson Township PD arrived quickly and reported a vehicle versus pole and the call was re-dispatched with Alpha added to the response.  Additional information from PD confirmed entrapment and Chief 504 (Kauffman) upgraded the response accordingly. Rescue 518’s crew arrived and began extrication while the crew from Engine 514 provided support. Alpha Fire Police closed W Whitehall Road between Nixon and College. Two patients were removed from the vehicle and transported by Centre Lifelink. The Rescue and Engine cleared the scene at 07:07 hours; Alpha Fire Police remained on scene until the vehicle was removed at approximately 08:00 hours.
