This evening in conjunction with multiple agencies from within Centre County the Alpha Fire Company participated in a full scale training drill at the University Park Airport.

The simulation was a Level 3 response by emergency services personnel.  The simulated incident involved a commuter plane colliding with a small cargo plane on the runway.

The simulation was a success and all agencies were able to work together to resolve the situation.  The airport remained open during this drill.
