| In the early evening hours, Company 5 was dispatched to 375 Meeks Lane for an accident with injuries. Engine 510, Chief 503 and Chief 504 responded on the call with 6 volunteers. C-504 arrived on scene to one vehicle off the roadway with one pinned. With this additional information, the call was upgraded bringing Engine 514 and Rescue Squad 518 with additional 8 Alphas. E-510 arrived on scene and started stabilization efforts. As this was being performed E-514 and R-518 arrived and supported the crew. Once the vehicle was stabilized, the crew performed a door pop and got the patient out to awaiting EMS. Co. 5 went available a short time later. |
