At 11:16 AM the Alpha Fire Co. was alerted to I-99 South at the Exit 69 off-ramp for a motor vehicle accident with roll over, entrapment, and no injuries.  Assistant Chief S. Kauffman (504), Rescue 518, and Engine 514 responded on the call.  Assistant Chief Kauffman arrived on scene to find the patient had self extricated and at that time held the response to Engine 514.

The crew of 514 checked for hazards and assisted EMS with the patient.  The patient was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center for further evaluation.

The cause of the accident is unknown.
