This evening the Alpha's were alerted for a building fire with entrapment in downtown State College at 120 E. Beaver Ave.

Fourth Assistant Chief Prestia arrived on scene with nothing evident from the exterior of the structure and assumed command.  As Engine 513 arrived on scene the police department advised of no fire, however there was a smoke condition, and confirmed apartment 410.  Given this information the remainder of the apparatus due on the box was held in quarters.  One patient was treated for smoke inhalation.This call was part of a busy weekend for the Alpha's, a total of 13 alarms were received between Friday and Saturday. 37963
