At 00:30 hrs. the company was alerted to the 3000 Blk. of Route 322 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Reports stated one vehicle off the road with 2 injuries.

Engine 514 and Assistant Safety Officer Ellis responded within 1 minute of the dispatch and was advised that the accident was on the westbound off ramp to Scotia Rd.
Engine 514 was the first arriving fire/ems unit. The crew split up with some checking the vehicle for fluid leaks and some providing patient care until the arrival of EMS. There were 2 patients, both with head lacerations, and one juvenile in the vehicle. The juvenile was uninjured. All occupants were transported to the Mt. Nittany Medical Center.
The accident is currently under investigation by the Patton Township Police Department.
Engine 514 cleared the scene at 01:04 hrs. while fire police remained on scene to provide traffic control during the investigation. Fire Police went available at 01:31 hrs.
