This afternoon Engines 510 and 514 responded to Laurel Ln. in Park Forest for a report of a  wild fire caused by a lightning strike.  Chief S. Clouser arrived on scene first and advised of a significant amount of smoke in the area, upon further investigation he found that there was a small area behind a house with leaves on fire.  Engine 514 arrived shortly after and stretched the 3" leader line to the rear of structure with an 1 3/4" high-rise pack to extinguish the leaves.  The Alpha's were assisted on the scene by Eionn (Owen) Maguire who lived at the home, thanks for your help!
