| Company 5 was dispatched at 22:52 hours to the 100 Block of North
Atherton Street near the Bus Station for a vehicle accident with
entrapment involving a CATA Bus.

| Fourth Assistant Chief DeArmitt (504) arrived on scene with one vehicle
into the rear of the Blue Loop with one patient able to free
themself from the vehicle but was complaining of head, neck, and back
injuries. The passengers on the bus suffered minor to no injuries.
Shortly after Chief DeArmitt Rescue 518 and Engine 510 arrived on scene
and provided support and scene lighting while Fire Police unit 536 and
other members of the Fire Police, in addition to State College police
blocked off the northbound lanes of Atherton St. Units remained on
scene for approx. 30 minutes. |
