At 16:53 hrs. the Alpha Fire Company was dispatched to the intersection
of Park Ave. and Orchard Rd. for a vehicle accident with possible
entrapment.
Chief S. Clouser (500) went responding and was advised of additional
information now confirming entrapment with one patient in the driver's
seat bleeding from the face and having trouble breathing. Chief
Clouser arrived on scene and advised of 2 vehicles on the roadway and
assumed command. Extrication was completed approximately 15 mins.
after crews arrived on scene. Units cleared the scene at 18:09
hrs. Thanks to Rescue 318 for their response and stand-by at Station 5.
