At
20:12 hrs. Company 5 was alerted to Box 544 for an MVA with injuries at
the intersection of. N. Atherton St. and Stevenson Rd. in Patton
Township.

Engine/Rescue 514 responded and as they arrived on scene dispatch advised that
there was entrapment and Chief 504 (Prestia) requested that Rescue 518 be added
to the box. The crew from 514 assessed the scene and stabilized the vehicle with
the patients. Upon further investigation it was determined that there was no
entrapment, just confinement. The crew from 514 then helped with patient
extrication. Rescue 518s crew cut the power to the vehicles involved. Chief 504
(Prestia) had command of the incident. Fire units operated on scene for about an
hour and fire police operated for about an hour and a half.
