Just before 5 PM this evening the Alphas were called to Fox Hill Road for a neighbor reporting smoke from the house next door

500 (S. Clouser) arrived to find a 2 story house with smoke showing from sides A and C. Crews were met with a heavy smoke condition on entry. Investigation reveled a fire fire in the basement that extended to the first floor. The house required some extensive overhaul of the affected area keeping crews on the scene for almost two hours.

Units on the scene: Engines 512, 513 and 514, Truck 517, Rescue 518 and fire police.
