At 07:54 Chief 5700 (Harris) reported a vehicle accident with entrapment on the 7600 Blk. of S. Eagle Valley Rd. (Rt. 322) which dispatched Co. 15 (Port Matilda).

5700 reported 4 vehicles involved, 1 of which was a tractor trailer, with 4 patients and 1 entrapped. Chief 1501 (Benner) responded and added the next due engine to the box which brought engine 514. 1501 arrived on scene and took command and had 1518's crew begin extrication. The crew of 514 pulled a protection line, assisted with extrication and also assisted EMS with the other patients.

Units on the scene were R1518, E514, M2447, A2752, M2551, M2553, M2353. Units operated for approximately 50 minutes.
