| Just after midnight tonight the Alpha Fire Co. was dispatched to the
intersection of Atherton St. and Westerly Parkway for a vehicle
accident with injuries. Police were on scene already advising of one
patient ejected and close to the vehicle and the vehicle needed
stabilization. |

 |
| Engine 510 responded and when they arrived they advised of a fluid
leaking from both vehicles and that the patient had already been loaded
into the ambulance. The engine crew then stabilzed the vehicle on its
side and attended to the leaking fluids. A police cruiser was involved
in the crash, however, they just happen to be in the wrong place at the
wrong time. The officer witnessed the accident and his cruiser got
struck by the SUV as it did a barrel roll. |
