| At 22:38 hrs. Company 5 was alerted to the 3400 Blk. of N. Atherton St. for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. The reporting party was indicating one male patient with a head injury. |

Captain Dale arrived on scene to find a 2 vehicle accident with both vehicles still in the travel lanes. There was one patient, out of the vehicle, with a head laceration.
Engine 514 arrived on scene and assisted EMS and terminated power to both vehicles.
The vehicle involved were an older model Ford Bronco and a 1972 Mercedes Benz.
Units cleared the scene at 23:25 hrs.
