| Today from the hours of 10am-3pm the Alpha Fire Company participated in the Patton Township Safety Fair held at the Colonnade in front of Target. |
 |
The safety fair was hosted by the Patton Township Police Department. The fair included bucket rides from Truck 516, a K-9 demonstration by the State College Police and Centre County Sherrifs departments. There was also a jaws of life demonstration by the Port Matilda Fire Co. and Geisinger LifeFlight was also in attendence. There was a great turnout for the event.
