Ground Breaking for Centre County's New Training Facility |

| Today members of the Alpha Fire Company joined State Fire Commissioner Ed Mann, many elected officials and numerous police, EMS and fire companies from all over Centre County for the groundbreaking of the new Centre County training facility. |

| This facility will be home to training for all county police, EMS and fire agencies and will be the product of many years of dedication. planning and hard work by the Centre County Training Site Committee. The facility is estimated to cost $2 million and is expected hold its first structural burn session early in the Summer of 2007. This facility will be a great asset to all county wide emergency responders in addition to providing a supplement to the State Fire Academy in Lewistown. |
